The villa includes four bedrooms, with two on each floor. Each bedroom is a private retreat with its own bathroom, ensuring guests enjoy both privacy and luxury. The ground floor living area boasts elegant styling and a fully equipped open kitchen. This setup invites guests to savor gourmet meals and relax in comfort, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere. A heated outdoor swimming pool awaits for year-round enjoyment, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.

Bedroom 1 features a mezzanine with a double bed, which can accommodate two additional children or one adult at an extra cost. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a sofa bed, allowing one additional guest per room. In total, the villa accommodates up to 11 adults plus 2 children or 12 adults.
