Ocean view, 4 poster large king size bed, air conditioning, telephone, WIFI flat screen television with Canal Satellite (CNN included), mosquito net upon request, safe. Bathroom next door with bath tube and shower, bidet, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. Direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 2

Garden view, queen size bed, air conditioning, (mosquito net upon request). A second queen size bed is also available in the mezzanine. En suite bathroom with a rain shower and regular shower head, 2 wash basins, toilets, hair dryer, towels and beach towels.

Kitchen

Very spacious kitchen equipped with gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, ice maker, toaster, coffee & espresso machine, blender, hood. Service for 6. Both charcoal BBQ and gas BBQ outside.

Living / Dining

Wood oval table for 6 guests in the naturally breezed dining room widely opened onto the pool terrace with ocean view. A second dining table is available on the covered terrace by the pool.
The living is furnished with comfortable white fabric sofa, flat screen television with home cinema, US satellite. It opens both onto the front pool terrace and the back garden with another dining area.

Swimming pool & jacuzzi

Nice 6m x 3m swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious terrace with living area and 4 lounge chairs. Outside shower. Heated jacuzzi in the back garden.

Minimum stay required : 7 nights for Christmas / 7 nights for New Year’s Eve. Weekly rental rates if the 2 bedrooms + mezzanine in the 2nd bedroom are occupied (maximum : 6 guests) : Low Season : 3200 USD High Season : 4800 USD
