The most inaccessible: Colombier Beach

Colombier beach

Located on the far west point of the island, the beach in Colombier is accessible only on foot or by boat. After a short hike of 20 minutes, what a pleasure to discover this magnificent turquoise-blue bay and a beach of white sand. A truly peaceful haven, part of a protected marine park, which tempts you to explore the exotic underwater milieu with just a snorkel and a mask. Perfect activity for all snorkeling lovers.

In a small fishing village, the beach in Corossol borders the bay with its beige sand.

Keep an eye out for the traditional fishing boats known as a dory.

For those who like to snorkel, grab your gear and slip under the waves to observe the sea turtles and other marine animals found nearby.

The village de Corossol also perpetuates the local artisanal tradition of weaving hats, accessories, and decorations with dry palm fronds.
