Picture Postcard: St Jean Beach

The most inaccessible: Colombier Beach
Located on the far west point of the island, the beach in Colombier is accessible only on foot or by boat. After a short hike of 20 minutes, what a pleasure to discover this magnificent turquoise-blue bay and a beach of white sand. A truly peaceful haven, part of a protected marine park, which tempts you to explore the exotic underwater milieu with just a snorkel and a mask. Perfect activity for all snorkeling lovers.

The most authentic: Corossol Beach
In a small fishing village, the beach in Corossol borders the bay with its beige sand.
Keep an eye out for the traditional fishing boats known as a dory.
For those who like to snorkel, grab your gear and slip under the waves to observe the sea turtles and other marine animals found nearby.
The village de Corossol also perpetuates the local artisanal tradition of weaving hats, accessories, and decorations with dry palm fronds.

Forced to cancel the event in 2020 due to the pandemic, the organizers of the St Barth Cata-Cup are back this year with the 13th edition of this highly competitive regatta taking place on November 17-21. The St Barth Cata-Cup marks the first nautical event of the season, bringing together more than 60 Formula 18 catamarans, with 120 competitors from 18 countries and regions of the Caribbean for 4 days of racing.
A festive regatta accessible to tourists and residents of the island.
